Production of H+ (with different masses) plus top. Charged Higgs decays to W+H. Higgs decays to bbar. All decays for top and W are allowed. LHAPDF6:MSTW2008lo68cl PDF. Masses of charged higgs included to file names as _m[MASS] (in GeV). Cross sections depend on generated masses.
